These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chinjikano Initiatives portal, website, and mobile application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may access the Service as a prospective or enrolled student, staff member, or authorised administrator. Account access is granted by the institution upon admission, employment, or administrative assignment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful academic and administrative purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorised to view, upload harmful content, or disrupt its operation. Department-based access is assigned by administrators and must not be circumvented.
You retain ownership of content you submit (applications, documents, assignments). You grant Chinjikano Initiatives a licence to process and display that content solely to deliver the Service. You affirm that submitted documents are accurate and that you hold the rights to upload them.
Tuition and related fees are set by the institution. Where payments are processed through the Service, you authorise the chosen payment provider to charge the stated amounts. Refunds follow the institution's published fee policy.
All course materials, branding, and platform content are the property of Chinjikano Initiatives or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission beyond personal academic use.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may cause downtime.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Data Deletion Policy. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
