  • Academic: qualifications, programme, enrolment, grades, transcripts, submissions.
  • Financial: invoice and payment records (card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us).
  • Usage: device and interaction data to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to manage admissions, enrolment, academics, finance, examinations, and communications; to comply with legal obligations; and to secure the platform. 3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the performance of our educational contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the institution, and compliance with applicable law.

4. Sharing & Storage

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and shared only with authorised staff and processors (e.g. payment, hosting) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the duration of your relationship with the institution and thereafter as required by education and tax record-keeping laws.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below or submit a request via our Data Deletion Policy.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, role-based access control, and audit logging to protect your data.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for applicants who meet admission age requirements. Where minors are enrolled, data is processed in the institution's educational capacity.
